I'm drawn to the fun moments, the silly moments, the emotive moments. The ones that connect us as human beings. Whether it's destination wedding photography, or a local Vermont venue - I'll photograph the realness, the beauty and the candid honesty of it. Weddings go by SO quickly, and all you have left at the end of the day are your images and memories. Let me be the one to capture those for you.
If you're like me, you appreciate the Vermont outdoors and soak up every possible minute to be present for the allure of it through the changing seasons. My photography - both personal and wedding/couple related - is focused around being in the present moment and seeing that moment for whatever beauty it has to offer. Let me help you remember the best part of the those moments from your wedding day. I'm not here to create perfection, or to pose you too often (although sometimes that is important in order to get the UN-pose we're looking for). I'm here to capture the gorgeous human being you are now, as you are.
Small, intimate weddings and elopements are my jam. I LOVE documenting these events and jump at any chance I get. I can't imagine a more genuine and sincere way to celebrate your love with someone else than just having a ceremony for you and maybe a few close friends and family members.
So, let's climb a mountain together and document your love at the top -- or simply relax in your backyard and document an intimate ceremony. I'm up for all of it!
*Please contact me for pricing, as these events have so many variables.
Thinking about proposing to your other half? Please feel free to drop me a line for the details -- there is absolutely nothing like documenting a proposal!
From the moment you book, I'll help you:
- plan a location,
- suggest the time of day so that you get the best light possible in your images
- plus all of the little details that make surprising your other half possible!
My husband and I recently invested in a couple's photography session while on a weekend getaway and I am SO so glad we did. It was a great reminder that moments in front of someone's camera can be incredibly awkward and weird and strange - I get that, but I promise you that investing in this type of photography is worth it. It was also a great reminder that our relationship together is fun and silly and beautiful and imperfectly perfect.
Let's get adventurous and hike a mountain together and create some epic imagery. Or, let's stay inside and cozy up on your couch and document those beautifully mundane moments in your pjs with mismatched socks. Let's just create something for the two of you to have together.
