planning our next vacation, spoiling our two rescue pups, drinking locally roasted single origin espresso, reading a new book, stumbling over watercolor video tutorials, wandering around the outdoors of Vermont, or snuggled up on the couch with my husband Mark at our home in the countryside of Vermont. Those lazy afternoons are the best, am I right?
When I’m not at my desk editing images, blogging, bookkeeping, or brainstorming, you can find me:

Mark and I will be celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary in June of 2023!
I’m an animal lover through and through. You'll see Winnie, our German Shepherd mix, and our other rescue pup, Milo, frequent my Instagram stories often. Finn, our orange tabby, can usually be found swatting things off my desk on a daily basis.
In college, I spent a summer studying journalism at Georgetown University, which may just be where my love of documenting real moments originated.
My greatest weaknesses include good coffee, chocolate of almost any kind, or a glass of red wine.
I'm a morning person - no doubt, always. I make it a point to wake up before Mark to spend a few minutes drinking my coffee in the quiet. I'm also an enneagram type 7 so once I recharge, I'm always looking forward to my next adventure.
In high school, I was an EMT - perhaps that's why it's so easy for me to keep my cool at weddings...?
My other half is a wonderfully fun-loving, hilarious, dedicated, hard-working man and I'm incredibly grateful to share my days with him. If you're lucky, you'll see him giving me a hand with some lighting at your reception, or sneaking around for some behind-the-scenes shots for the 'gram.
We've been together for about 12 years, married for almost 9 and have become even closer during these past couple of pandemic years. He makes daily life so fun, and for that I am grateful. He also enjoys vacuuming, for which I am ALSO grateful.
In our free time, you can find us traveling, doing a little hiking, visiting a local brewery, or spending time separately on each of our hobbies. I spend LOADS of time learning more about photography, and also admittedly, LOADS of time on Instagram -- stop by and say hello!
