I traveled to Ocho Rios, Jamaica last week for Chelsea and Kurt’s Couples Tower Isle wedding. The location was beautiful, the weather was perfect, and even better, the company was incredible. So, needless to say, I spent a large portion of our flights home editing their images so that I could share the experience with all of you.
I first met Chelsea and Kurt when they visited Vermont in early 2018. We spent an afternoon together for a couples session, during which Kurt surprised us by proposing!
The three of us quickly became friends, and within a few short weeks Chelsea was emailing me asking if I’d be interested in tagging along to their destination wedding!
Our week in Jamaica was spent drinking many Piña Coladas and Bob Marleys by the pool bar, sailing on a catamaran cruise, both hiking up and jumping down from Blue Hole and celebrating a wedding day full of beautiful light and amazing people (on a private island!).
I’ll let the photos speak for themselves (this one is a bit of an overshare, so get cozy) but first: Chelsea and Kurt — thank you two so much for trusting me to document this for you. I’m so glad that we met and look forward to crossing paths again someday for another celebratory drink on the beach! To Chelsea and Kurt’s friends and family – thank you. Mark and I are so honored that all of you took time to make us feel like part of the crew. Another Couples Tower Isle wedding, or any tropical destination wedding, is easily on my list of hopeful future experiences!

Did they have a dinner reception on the island as well?
Yes, they did! The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and after party all took place on the island!
